BUT WE WILL BE THERE AGAIN AND GUADALAJARA 2011 WILL BE JUST A SMALL SETBACK!!

When you're right in your fights... it's always (or almost) just a matter of time. And that's the case of the Pan American Games: futsal was not included in the 2011 edition of Guadalajara after a brilliant "first time" in Rio De Janeiro 2007. You will ask why, what was the reason for that. Well, the truth is that there's no decent answer, unless you accept the Mario Vázquez Raña's words (click here to know more) in the 2007 summer: "futsal is not a sport, but just a soccer "ramification". Well, no need to say that we've never taken this stuff as a valid reason to get out! But now, let's celebrate the "second cap" of futsal in the Pan American Games!! Just forget Guadalajara 2011 and think about Toronto 2015, we will be there!!

Futsal is listed under the 9 Traditional Pan American Games Sports list, together with Baseball, Bowling (10-Pin), Karate, Racquetball, Roller Sports, Artistic, Track, Softball, Squash and Water Ski / Wakeboard.

Our sport will find its house in the brand new Goldring Centre for High Performance Sport which should be completed by 2014 and owned by the University of Toronto.
